All suggestions submitted through this form are entirely anonymous. Suggestions are reviewed by Acme’s Leadership Team in regular meetings and outcomes are fed back to the entire staff body by email.
Should you want to make yourself known so you can receive detailed feedback individually, or be contacted with any further questions, then please include your contact details in the submission form.
You can also submit your suggestions in physical suggestion boxes dotted throughout Acme or by email to improve@acmefg.com (the latter isn’t anonymous).
