All works undertaken have been carried out to very high standards with minimum disruptions and have been completed within the time scale agreed. Acme look after the heavy maintenance contract for catering services within Cheshire West and Chester Council. Since Acme have had the contract they have completed a number of projects including the installation of new serveries, upgrading ventilation systems and the installation of cooking ranges and dishwashers. Acme have always responded very quickly when we have asked for quotes and also when we have had emergency situations for example when we need a cooking range replacing, but never compromising health and safety standards. Acme were asked to replace a servery in four different schools over a half term period, this was carried out extremely efficiently in a short time scale and every school was up and running for the Monday morning. Acme have a deep understanding and knowledge of the latest legislation and communicate well with us so we can be ahead of the game. Acme have given catering services additional support when we visit head teachers regarding legislation especially over ventilation issues such which has been greatly appreciated by catering services. Also, any queries we have are always answered quickly and comprehensively. Overall, we are extremely happy with the service that Acme provide.

Acme did a fantastic job on our new cafe and I would not hesitate in recommending them! Late last year we were tasked with finding a suitable company to assist in the expansion of our business, after doing some research on the internet we found Acme. We went to visit them and their showroom in Blackburn, Lancashire. We were greeted expertly and shown the range of products that they offer, they had an excellent Mafirol Display Counter in their main area and we knew straight away it was exactly what we wanted in our new cafe. Acme came out and performed a full site survey, they went away and came up with a full design of the new cafe and kitchen area and we were delighted with it, we then chose the equipment we wanted, the colours of the counter and finalised any alterations to the plan. Acme were excellent throughout the whole process, they even liaised with the builders on our behalf and they went out of their way to ensure that the whole project ran as smoothly as possible. We are over the moon with the finished results, the cafe looks great and our customers love it too!
