We are pleased to announce the successful renewal of our ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certifications following a recent on-site audit. The outcome of the assessment confirms that Acme’s management systems continue to meet the high standards required for both quality management and environmental responsibility. The external audit was conducted in person, with a full review of operational activities at our site. The assessor carried out a detailed inspection of our office and workshop facilities, as well as a thorough evaluation of our documented management system (DMS). Their findings were clear: Acme has demonstrated a consistently effective system, backed by strong commitment at every level of the business.
The audit confirmed that our quality management system is working well for both the company and our customers. No issues were identified during the review, and the assessor found no changes to the scope of operations, no recent incidents, and no deviations from the planned audit schedule. The report also highlighted several strengths, including our long-serving team, well-established customer and supplier relationships, and robust internal processes.
Our Health and Safety Manager, Ian Simcock, continues to play a vital role in upholding these standards across all areas of the business. His efforts and attention to detail were instrumental in ensuring a smooth audit process, with no findings or corrective actions required.
The final audit conclusion was that the visit was fully satisfactory, and the continuation of certification for ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 is recommended without reservation. The report also noted that our systems remain relevant, applicable, and effective across the full scope of our registration.
We’re proud of the outcome, and of the team’s continued commitment to delivering high standards in all aspects of our work. These certifications reflect not just compliance, but an ongoing dedication to quality, environmental performance, and continuous improvement.
